Koline z bujto repo

Once a compulsory dish for lunch at pig-killing time on the farm. More

Basic ingredients for Bujta repa:

  • pickled turnips
  • fresh pork meat (bones)
  • millet
  • onion, garlic, cumin, bay leaf, salt, pepper, grounded paprika pepper

Koline (meat dishes prepared at pig-killing time) are also served with Bujta repa: various types of blood sausages (buckwheat, millet), pork roast
